I<\/span>ndustrial Property Attorney and chartered representative with the EUIPO in 1997, Henri Michel REYNAUD became a Lawyer at the Paris bar in 2005, when he joined the SARRUT firm as a partner.<\/p>\n

Former teacher at the Faculty of Law of Paris (1997-2007), author of numerous articles and presenter of numerous conferences in France and abroad, he was appointed \u201cIntellectual Property expert\u201d at the OECD in 2015.<\/p>\n

Henri Michel REYNAUD now advises the Firm’s clients on all issues related to Intellectual Property (protection, portfolio management, valuation, defense and contracts) and represents them both before the Offices and before the Courts.<\/p>\n

His litigation practice takes him before the French supervisory authority (CNIL), French courts and arbitral tribunals.<\/p>\n

G<\/span>raduated with a Master 2 in industrial property law, Thomas STRIFFLING worked for nearly 20 years as anti-counterfeiting manager within several large international groups, including LVMH, Arc International, Japan Tobacco International and Philip Morris. International. He thus developed his expertise and his networks in France but also in Asia, where he worked on behalf of the aforementioned groups for more than 10 years (Japan and Singapore).<\/p>\n

He exercises his expertise on behalf of clients based in France and abroad whom he advises on both the implementation of protection strategies and the defense of their industrial property assets against counterfeiting.<\/p>\n

Passionate about international relations and a recognized expert in his field, Thomas Striffling also works with the World Intellectual Property Organization to provide his thoughts on strategies for protecting and promoting intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n
