Attorney-at-Law, Paris Bar, since 1998, Bérengère BRISSET is specialized in Intellectual Property Law, mostly as a litigator.

She is one of the few French practitioners to have a true experience in litigation not only before the French courts but also before the Court of justice of the European Union, as regards trademark issues.

She has developed since 2014 a special relationship with SARRUT Avocats for everything that relates to IP litigation.

Raphaël Dana is Attorney at Law, Paris Bar, involved in complex litigation and commercial negotiations, and issues related to intellectual property matters with a focus on new technologies (personal data, financial or health data, software, cybersecurity, etc.). His litigation practice takes him before the French supervisory authority (CNIL), French courts and arbitral tribunals.
